A library card is free to any resident of  Morden, Winkler, Altona, Gretna, Plum Coulee, R.M. of Stanley, R.M. of Thompson, & R.M. of Rhineland.  Proof of residency is required:  i.e. something that proves you live in or own property in one of the above listed participating municipalities.

Non-residents can join the library by purchasing a family membership. Please ask at your local branch for further information.

A child under 13 may obtain a library card when a parent/guardian comes into the library and signs a registration card.

Your library card can be used at all four branches of the South Central Regional Library. Materials may also be returned to any branch.
